Computer outage

Please bear with us as we are experiencing a computer outage at the main office that affects all of our satellite offices too.  The patient portal is not available at this time.

If you need assistance in any way please contact the main office number at 539-0270.  We ask for 48 hours on all refill requests and non-urgent clinical questions.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and are working to restore function as quickly as possible.
