    • All levels of fitness are welcome. We tailor the routine to the needs of the participants for that particular day. The class is lead by four of our top trainers all working together. When one is teaching the other three assist and encourage the class members. That way someone is always available to show you how to modify the exercise for your skill level- harder or easier. One of VitalSigns’ biggest principles is to always push yourself but avoid injury. We use individual instruction within a group setting to help achieve that. We look forward to your participation.
